When you walk through our doors, be prepared for anything. With the exception of previously established and well-known benchmark WODs (which are used to help chart an athlete's performance), each workout will be different. Functional movement is essential to living and our quality of life. These movements are natural to human movement and are safe when proper technique is used. CrossFit WODs are designed to be executed at the highest intensity possible so that all athletes can improve their overall power output during workouts. At CrossFit 29-95, you can expect to increase your strength, stamina, cardio endurance, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.
