When you walk through our doors, be prepared for anything. With the exception of previously established and well-known benchmark WODs (which are used to help chart an athlete's performance), each workout will be different. Functional movement is essential to living and our quality of life. These movements are natural to human movement and are safe when proper technique is used. CrossFit WODs are designed to be executed at the highest intensity possible so that all athletes can improve their overall power output during workouts. At CrossFit 29-95, you can expect to increase your strength, stamina, cardio endurance, flexibility, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.

We believe that ultimate happiness begins and ends with how we feel about ourselves as productive members of society and the quality of the relationships we forge through our lifetime.  We are in pursuit of affecting society's mindset about the benefits of high intensity, constantly varied functional movement, and the power of community.  We work to create a positive, motivating atmosphere that lures our athletes back to us day in and day out.  Our box specific programming uses high intensity functional training to effectively and efficiently train every individual that walks through our doors regardless of their "limitations" - everything is scalable. We are firm believers that when we take care of our bodies, our mind follows closely behind.  Authentic happiness is our goal for all of our athletes and we believe fitness is a key component to achieving this.
