Partner 2 Rides the Assault Bike for Calories
Partner 3 performs an AMRAP until the sled pull comes back of:
20 Rev. Lunge Wall Ball 20/14#
20 KB Swings 53/35#
20 Ring Push-ups

Then rotate positions --> Sled --> Bike --> AMRAP --> Sled
Bike Cals get added to the Reps

S2: 25/15#; 14/10#; 35/25#; Worm Push-ups
