All of what we offer is open to you.  Seek guidance from the coaching staff to see if certain programs would benefit your fitness regimen.  This membership requires a minimum of 7 day advance notice cancellation.  A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be assessed if the request is made less than 7 days in advance. This membership will auto-renew each month unless arrangements are made otherwise.

Have a busy schedule or other training regime you are following?  Here is our option for you.  Spread your classes out however works best for your month.

We recommend this membership for those who have other fitness passions along side of CrossFit. If this is the only exercise you will be doing then you will be in a constant state of soreness.  Use your 8-classes however you wish through the duration of the month. This plan will auto renew unless arrangements are made otherwise.

Strength, Speed, Endurance Teens is led by Coach Eric.  The schedule is limited until Eric deems the kid/teen is "ready" to join our adult classes.  Athletes will be taught to move WELL, challenge the intensity at which they train, and improve their overall health and wellness.

Our introduction of the nine Foundational Movements in CrossFit that will allow a smooth transition into our regular class schedule.  
Each session will include: a warm-up, skill work, and a workout, along with some get to know you talk between you and your coach.
